This curse forced him to absorb Alan’s injuries and pain, enhancing Alan’s strength and abilities at the cost of his own suffering. Sal’s entire life had been carefully orchestrated—every victory, every sacrifice—engineered to ensure Alan’s rise to power.
Determined to break free from this cruel manipulation, Sal made the ultimate sacrifice. By reversing the magic’s effects, he reclaimed everything Alan had stolen from him—his talents, abilities, and even the dignity he had long lost. In the process, Sal’s own life ended, but the price he exacted was devastating. Though Alan survived, he was left powerless, stripped of his vitality and influence. The once-dominant Cooper family crumbled, unable to withstand the fallout of Alan’s failure.
