Summary
While staying at his grandmother’s house in the woods, 12-year-old Will Thompson is awoken in the night by cries for help from the backyard. The source of the disturbance is Will’s younger brother Kenny, whose soul is being stolen by a dark spirit. Kenny is a powerful seer: one who has the innate ability to see and interact with spirits. Will is also a seer, but his abilities have yet to surface.

About MangaOwl
MangaOwl is a free reading library spanning manga, manhwa and manhua, with the catalogue growing every day. Everything reads in the browser with no account, no app and no download step.
Enjoying Spirits? The Fantasy and Webtoons listings collect everything else in the same vein. Each genre page is sorted with the most recently updated titles first, so ongoing series surface at the top.
The full catalogue sorts by genre, by author and by artist, and the search field matches alternative titles as well, so a romanised or original-language name will still find the right series.
Bookmarks save your spot, so picking a long series back up later takes one click. This matters most for ongoing series series, whose chapter lists move constantly.
Pages load one after another in a single scrolling column, which suits long vertical artwork on a phone, and there is a paged mode in the reader settings if you would rather move a spread at a time. There is also a light and dark switch in the toolbar for night reading.
Everything uploaded most recently, across all genres, surfaces on the MangaOwl front page. From there, narrow to a single genre or open the full catalogue end to end.
